Utica Symphony League
The mission of The Utica Symphony League, Inc. is to provide support to The Utica Symphony. This dynamic group of volunteers sponsors fundraising projects and events that have become a valued tradition in the community.
These fundraising events support select symphony projects and programs. They also contribute to music education and outreach efforts, with the annual presentation of music awards to area gifted and talented young musicians, to further their education and enhance their proficiency.
In addition to the community-wide events hosted by The Symphony League, members also play a major role behind-the-scenes during Symphony Orchestra rehearsals. League volunteers coordinate and staff the hospitality room at each evening rehearsal catering and serving about 75 hard-working and hungry musicians and stagehands.
If you are interested in joining The Utica Symphony League, and supporting The Symphony as a major cultural asset to the Mohawk Valley, please call The Utica Symphony office at 315.732.5146 for more information.
